We had another #TOFUHAPPENING this past Thursday -- I'm tellin' ya, if you don't go, you are really missing out on some really great food + hang times. KMHD + I did a collab dish; vegan chili frito pie w/ pickled onion + jalapeno + avocado + cilantro. It was so boss that I think we're allowed to pat ourselves on the back.
I reckon we'll have another go in January or February. You really ought to come. It's open invite and everyone usually has a lovely time.
